Program Manager with experience managing large, complex enterprise initiatives, or a talented Project Manager with a background of managing large projects who is looking to grow and take on a broadening scope of responsibility. This is a highly visible role across the company that interacts with a broad constituency from executives to analysts, and will drive an enterprise-wide initiative to deliver transformative changes to our technology and business operations.





**As our Program Manager you will:**




+ Interview business leaders to understand their needs in order to capture the business strategy(s) we are undertaking.

+ Develop approaches to undertake the initiative with Business and IT partners, translating strategic roadmaps into executable plans to achieve objectives. Breaking down large objectives into component work streams. Establish the program plan.

+ Drive the collection of requirements from Business Owners and translate those into themes, epics and user stories with the Business Owners(s), Product Owner, Business Analysts and Enterprise Architect(s).

+ Assist teams to develop their project plans and address dependencies between groups and projects.

+ Coordinate project executions to ensure smooth delivery of results as planned.

+ Identify risks, manage issues and barriers to progress, and facilitate resolutions to ensure progress and adherence to plan.

+ Escalate issues to senior leaders for assistance rapidly to gain help as needed.

+ Facilitate the steering committee to ensure a robust two-way flow of information and receive direction and guidance form executive leaders; regularly publish and communicate status updates to stakeholders.



**Requirements:**




+ 5+ years professional work experience with program and/or project management.

+ This is a leadership role, not an administrative one.

+ Business and technology acumen to help elicit and address key need and actions.

+ Experience with modern technology platforms and capabilities as well as strong working knowledge of both Agile and traditional SDLC frameworks

+ Experience with transformative projects with proven success working collaboratively with cross-functional team members as well as senior company leaders.

+ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are a must.

+ Experience with business process improvements and methodologies is preferred.

+ Experience in an integrated environment blending external and internal services utilizing multiple vendors is desired. Managing vendor engagements is a plus.

+ A background in financial services is desired and experience in the consumer lending in retail and credit card products and servicing is a plus.



**Essential Functions:**



The incumbent must meet work deadlines, have regular attendance, good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, ability to work with a team, ability to multi-task, use a PC and a computer terminal, and the specialized telephone system.
