This position is responsible for the analysis and development of a host of business related applications in a team environment. Designs, builds, deploys, and maintains web pages using graphics software applications, techniques, and tools. Designs and develops user-interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements. Designs the website to support the organization/customer-s strategies and goals relative to external communications. Contributes to team efforts to specify, improve, and implement the look, feel, and function of on-line projects. Interfaces directly with customers, users, and software developers. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. Demonstrated understanding of multiple software development environments. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity software (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and SQL Server (Preferred). Collect information and update the USAF Information Technology Investment Portfolio System (ITIPS) formerly the Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Administrator manages the PIMS content management system and serves as focal point for updates to the USAF Information Technology Investment Portfolio System (ITIPS) formerly the Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR). Responsibilities include data collection, analysis and evaluation of existing and proposed systems, and development of web applications, and related procedures used to process and present data. Develops, encodes, tests, debugs, and documents programs supporting general business applications. Identifies areas of improvement, program enhancement, and modification in existing processes and applications. Develops programs using Microsoft SharePoint, SQL Server, and Visual Studio as well as other development tools. Develops/ prepares program specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts. Must be able to work within established procedures.


Four years' experience in web development (Microsoft SharePoint, HTML, Java Script, etc.) is required. A Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science and CompTIA Security+ certification are highly desired. Experience with .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, systems engineering, information assurance, technical writing, and/or ITIPS/EITDR are desired as well.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Supports Eglin Operations and Maintenance Support (E-OMS) operational objectives. Observes company quality, safety, environmental, security and administrative policies; supports continuous process improvement.
