Description **Job Description**

As a Project Analyst you will keep reports weekly, monitor project progress and update status, enter requisitions into iProcurement and track invoice status' and reconcile payment issues with accounting and/or project manager. You will act as a supplier liaison, reporting invoice payment status to vendors, working with vendors to get updates on any requests. Generate weekly project cost tracking reports. Collect accruals and submit to Accounting. Create project SharePoint Sites, upload project documents, create closing appendix's for signature and close SP after all documents are received.


Spreadsheet knowledge, invoicing knowledge, organized and dependable. Must know how to use Oracle, Microsoft Office and SharePoint,
