**Location : Denver/Lakewood CO 80226**

**Contract to hire - very short contract period with conversion to perm**

**Rate: DOE Hourly W2 ($20-25/hr)**

**Project Coordinator -**


+ PC position is responsible to work collaboratively with internal administration, support and technical personnel, as well as external customers in coordinating electrical construction activities to meet both project and company objectives.
+ Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned. Commit to on-going growth and learning. Maintain electronic job files in accordance with established filing procedures.
+ Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other project related documentation.
+ Prepare submittal log, receive and review submittals and keep project teams informed of approval status.
+ Make necessary corrections and resubmit if required.
+ Assist PM with job cost breakdown.
+ Assist PM in coordinating and scheduling deliveries.
+ Assist PM with changer orders.
+ Provide accounting department with all necessary cost and contract updates.
+ Keep as-built drawings current.
+ Submit RFI s for PM and maintain RFI log.
+ Prepare and submit final closeout documents, as-builts and O M s.
+ Maintain project schedule in accordance with PM instructions.
+ Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, efficient manner.
+ Will assist in updating the labor tracking on magnetic board.
+ Assist others as required to maintain a smooth workflow in the office.
+ Responsible for the cleanliness of the Project Coordinator Work area.
+ Obtain building and fire alarm permits.
+ Reproduce prints as directed by PM s.
+ Will coordinate with HR for badging of employees as necessary.
+ Will update and change access lists for US West Qwest and other jobsites.
+ Will assist with new-hire orientation when required.
+ Will type panel schedules for field employees when required.
+ Will assist field employees with MOP s and other related paperwork.
+ Will inform PM s and/or Foremen of employee absences or tardiness.
+ Will assist in arranging employees for overtime including the overtime hotline .
+ Create and distribute weekly job hours reports to the field hands
+ Follow up on plans, submittals, O M s and permit status
+ Assist PM s with follow up calls as necessary
+ Order office supplies for PM s as requested Input change order estimates into Accubid Change Order for job cost breakdown and submit changes to the Accounting department in spreadsheet format Organize, distribute and maintain the Foreman supply boxes as needed.
+ Input payroll and submit to accounting each payroll period
+ Track job codes for labor. Track the rental equipment used on the jobs.
+ Open and distribute mail and any delivery items i.e. Federal Express, UPS, etc.
+ Stamp all incoming correspondence received and dated including mail and drawings
+ Audit Purchase Orders against the packing slips and resolve any discrepancies
+ Place job site material orders as needed
+ Create and distribute daily and weekly job reports to the General Contractor as needed.
+ Collect and maintain job files for the daily job site journals.
+ Update and maintain the Material Safety Data Sheet Manuals on site.
+ Maintain a serial letter log and transmittal log for all outgoing correspondence.
+ Submit OCIP and Certified Payroll Reports to the General Contractor Assist others as required to maintain a smooth workflow in the office.
