Kelly Services is seeking a **Project Coordinator II** for an American publicly traded biopharmaceutical company located in **North Chicago, IL.**


**Job Title: Project Coordinator II**

Location: North Chicago, IL 60064 (Work from home to start), post COVID: All onsite work

Type: Contract

Length: 10-Months

Est. Start Date: 6/1/2020

Hours: M F Business hours, flex on start/end times, starting from 7 8:30 AM, eight hours per day, end time dependent on start time.

Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour




**Overview:**



The Company Patient Access Programs department is part of Companys Corporate Responsibility and Global Philanthropy function and provides free Company medicine to qualifying patients through Company Assist, our patient assistance program. In 2020, this team will begin to integrate similar programs acquired as part of Companys announced acquisition of Allergan. Responsibilities for this position will relate to delivery of superior service to health care providers and patients through management of third-party vendors who administer patient assistance programs and organizations like pharmacies and distributors that deliver medicine to patients enrolled in these programs.



**Responsibilities:**




+ Program reporting and analysis focused on service level attainment, program enrollment volume, demographics of enrolled patients and other program metrics. Program reporting and analysis will require collection and consolidation of data in different formats from multiple third parties.

+ Creation, review and implementation of thoughtful communication to patients and health care providers. Examples include letters and forms related to program participation. This responsibility requires attention to detail and ability to apply consistent language across multiple communication formats.

+ Diagnosis and resolution of escalated service issues by working with physician office staff, vendor management teams, and internal staff while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and compassion.

+ Adherence to policies and procedures while working in a highly regulated environment.

+ Project management inclusive of time-line creation and management, status reporting, and issue resolution and escalation related to execution of a Request for Proposal and transition of patient assistance services to a new vendor

+ Project tasks and deadlines will be assigned to assure ongoing projects meet expected deadlines as the department assesses current administration vendors through a RFP process and selection.



**Skills Requirements:**




+ Reporting and Analytics (Excel, various reporting tools, that are then merged into Excel)

+ Project Management no specific software used for tracking projects

+ Communication: Working with third party vendors, external partners, within peer group at Company, and direction from Anne and/or her Director.

+ Attention to Detail



**Preferred Qualifications and Experience:**




+ Ability to communicate effectively and professionally while speaking and in writing

+ Project management skills and experience

+ Experience managing call center or administrative services vendors

+ Experience working in a pharmaceutical or other related health care company

+ Understanding of pharmaceutical or health care coverage and reimbursement

+ Experience working with Information Technology colleagues to manage implementation of larger projects

+ Ability and desire to work in dynamic team-based environment with accountability to multiple colleagues

+ Ability to effectively collect, consolidate, analyze and present data

+ Bachelors degree plus at least 3 5 years related experience
