Description and Requirements

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in a variety of PFS projects which may include: development and implementation of new services (e.g., Study ID, etc.), administrative support for PFS owned or managed technology (e.g., latitude, endcoder, etc.), training and quality program support and other special projects as assigned. The project coordinator will be trained in all major components of the position but may be assigned a specific area of focus and day-to-day responsibilities by the Manager, Quality and Development. While this position reports directly to the Manager, Quality and Development, the Project Coordinator will also work closely with and take direction from project leads which may include other PFS managers and staff. Due to the dynamic demands of the business, the Project Coordinator must be adaptable and organized to adjust to changing priorities or new initiatives.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree or higher in a related field.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a professional environment.

  • Energetic, confident, self-starter with the ability to thrive in the dynamic environment of a growing company.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and problem solve effectively.

  • Superior interpersonal skills; with the ability to work individually with clients and collaborate with coworkers in a team environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Study ID and/or other new services. For Study ID specifically, this includes: 

  • Contact PFS Clinical clients to gauge interest in study participation.

  • Promote PFS Clinical clients to sponsor/CRO contacts to secure studies.

  • Conduct follow-up communications to clients to obtain additional information.

  • Gather and organize information about clinical trial disease area priorities and capabilities from PFS Clinical Study ID clients

  • Drive the selection process by ensuring sites are meeting sponsor/CRO timelines; facilitate submission of feasibility questionnaires, CDAs and other study documents.

  • Track specific study in databases and spreadsheets.

Support PFS Clinical owned or managed technology.
  • Complete data entry into systems

  • Track licenses and access needs, as needed

  • Pull reports or gather data as requested

Support training and quality programs:
  • Prepare materials in advance of sessions

  • Proofread and edit training materials, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

  • Maintain records of training attendance, track and/or report attendance to HR
