Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Remote Project Coordinator or a long-term engagement with one of our Global Medical Device clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. PROJECT COORDINATOR OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Coordinator is a member of the project management team supporting multiple teams across Medical Operations. The role focuses on process optimization and execution to support the day to day operation as well as enable efficiencies in the process. The project coordinator role will support the execution of strategic as well as tactical initiatives within the team. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to) Support the Project Management Team, defining process improvements, developing timelines, and supporting the execution/implementation ensuring alignment across teams and systems Lead and execute small projects according to plan (specification, quality, timing, and budget) Gather data and monitor execution metrics; Support data gathering as input to planning Coordinate and lead project status meetings Leverage well developed interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with functional groups throughout the organization Develop, prepare and maintain project performance reporting tools, templates and operating rhythms Support and continuously improve the project management tools and information site to be utilized for templates, tools, best practice and information sharing Lead and support process change orders in the appropriate quality system for procedures and templates used across the organization Lead and support data analyses for volume, resource, and cost modeling Support the management team with preparation of presentations, communications, and training materials Represent the Medical Operations project management team in cross functional settings Coordinate initiatives across the project management team, including harmonization of project management processes across teams EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (science, business, technology, or related field) is required; advanced degree is preferred Minimum of 5+ years with background in project management and/or data analysis Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management principles and methodologies is required Ability to define projects and their goals, estimating budgets, risks and resources; also ability to coach and train staff in these areas Demonstrated track record of team leadership, building teams, relationship management, and business development Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; detail-oriented Proven experience in a matrix management of multiple operations Strong in MS Excel, Project, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or other standardized project management tools/documentation Experience within the medical device or pharma is preferred
