Our client, a bank holding company, is currently seeking a .Project Manager for a 3 month contract. The position is located in Charlotte, NC.

The Hours and pay for this position are:

+ M-F, 40 hours a week - 8am-5pm

+ Pay is between $62.17- 69.10 per hour W2 depending on experience

**Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):**

_The Project manager will assist with eliciting, analyzing, validating and managing the real needs of project stakeholders, including business customers and end-users. Serves as a conduit between the business/customer community and the application team. Manage requirements using system requirement definition, case development, conceptual and logical modeling, and class diagramming. Develop relationships with business partners to ensure that requirements are understood and technical documentation appropriately reflects the business process/need. Offer practical and creative solutions to issues or conflicts between business partners and project management or technical resources. May supervise work of project team members (Ally employees or vendors); coaches and mentors team members on business - technical skills. Provide analytical support and consulting on projects to ensure system and business requirements are clearly documented and understood during the design and development of the application._

Job Responsibilities

Collaborates closely with business partners to analyze tactical and strategic reporting needs Uses that information, along with technology strategies to formulate a solution to meet business needs

Provides direction and oversight to project teams to design, develop, deploy, solutions that meet applicable business requirements

Responsible for a set of projects and releases, including: deliverables, cost, schedule, quality, and status reporting

Allocates and directs resources to accomplish tasks and maintains control of schedules and deliverable quality

Responsible for resolving issues and mitigating risks, and escalating issues/risks when appropriate

Facilitate teams that may include Ally employees, contactors, and vendor teams; provides updates on team's progress; and develops Ally team members

Acts as team's interface with IT and Business Partners

**Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 + years of experience in financial services technology. Must have prior experience aligned to project management, PMO, or financial operations. Must be proficient in Excel and Access. Knowledge of PowerBI.**
