**Two year contract via Kelly Services**

**Description of Role:**

Implements and oversees execution of competitive and compliant access and / or affordability programs for the assigned therapeutic area that fully integrates stakeholder* and marketplace requirements, environment and projected marketplace activity, and which deliver on short and long-term business goals and objectives. These offerings must provide stakeholder* centric tools to support provider, caregiver, and patient access to our products. Assesses product profile to develop access strategies. Collaborates with brand teams to implement access support strategies based on specific products and/or brand needs. Updates Access Support programs to provide best in class service to stakeholders. Provides strategic modeling data to local markets to drive business results. Leverages understanding of key financial and economic metrics to make fiscally sound recommendations for business cases and budgets to brand teams. Works with brand teams to facilitate understanding of the product, patient, and provider demographics and needs. Coordinates the day to day activities of vendor partners.

**Key Responsibility Areas**


+ Leads development and implementation of access services offerings, including ensuring that offerings appropriately balance for the Client and stakeholder risks and interests.
+ Balances innovative approaches with business strategy and legal risk when developing access service program offerings.
+ Develops systematic processes to ensure that access service programs are managed effectively and that the program rules are adhered to.
+ Works closely with stakeholders to deliver and execute targeted solutions that address mutual strategic priorities and brings value to all parties.
+ Applies knowledge of stakeholders’ needs and business models to inform resource requirements, strategy, and tactics.
+ Collaborates with and respectfully challenges stakeholders to solve problems, manage expectations and build relationships based on trust, open communication, and credibility.
+ Demonstrates conviction, proactivity and persistence when influencing others and overcoming resistance.
+ Creates compelling positions that build support and consensus among key stakeholders.
+ Challenges the positions of others to reach win-win outcomes.
+ Applies an understanding of value-based healthcare economics, payment and delivery models, and the roles of the payor, provider and patients in reimbursement decisions and how they impact marketing, access and affordability.
+ Applies knowledge of regulatory, legal, privacy and healthcare compliance requirements in day-to-day business operations.
+ Applies an understanding of how the dynamics of payors and providers impact stakeholders and the Janssen portfolio of products, services, and therapeutic areas across J&J to inform access and affordability strategies.
+ Applies knowledge of competitor offerings and strategy to develop and execute access and affordability strategies and anticipate future trends.
+ Delivers and creates clear and concise communications and presentations using approaches that highlight the most pertinent information for key stakeholders and spur stakeholder actions.
+ Improves stakeholder understanding by applying knowledge of communication approaches, including traditional & emerging technology.
+ Creates and executes results oriented business plans that are aligned with brand and stakeholder strategies.
+ Manages projects within timeline and budget requirements by acquiring and coordinating needed resources.
+ Leverages understanding of key financial and economic metrics to make fiscally sound recommendations for business cases and budgets.
+ Incorporates Voice of Customer (VOC) insights from relevant stakeholders to shape Access Services strategies.
+ Interprets results of data analysis and understands business implications that are important to stakeholders.
+ Applies knowledge of various types of data analyses and sources to comprehensively answer business questions.
+ Considers the strengths and weaknesses of data sources.
+ Plans, adjusts, prioritizes and executes strategies to achieve results.
+ Optimizes available time in order to balance individual and team objectives.
+ Consistently manages large amounts of complex and conflicting information from multiple sources and makes timely and effective decisions.
**Site Location:** Titusville, NJ
