**Job Title: Project Manager**





**Pay: $47.75 depending on experience**





**Responsibilities** :

The Biologics Business Excellence Team helps the Biologics Leadership Team (BOLT) to keep a pulse on the actions supported throughout the Biologics OpU. To do this, the Business Excellence Team is responsible to lead and manage key initiatives with cross-functional teams of leaders to provide valuable, measurable benefit to the BioOpU. Current Key Initiatives include: Network Strategy Implementation, COVID-19 Task Force, and the Biologics Risk Management Program.


Reporting to the Operational & Network Excellence Lead, this position will help plan, coordinate, execute, and project manage the Key Initiatives within Biologics, partnering with sites and functions across the Bio OpU. This position will strongly support Project Management and Communication activities for these key initiatives driven by the Business Excellence team.


This position will be involved in a wide variety of activities including project management, process evaluation, process mapping, project tracking & reporting, some data collection & analysis, and content development.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive training on Project & Portfolio Management System (SPOT) and the compatible software (e.g. Qlik) to drive analytics.

Develop and create sustainable content, tools and templates to support the roll-out of key initiatives for the BioOpU.

Interact with sites and key functions to ensure alignment and progress to Risk Program Development, COVID-Task Force Mapping, and Network Strategy Implementation

Develop communications for Leadership and the greater BioOpU


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, or Business Management is desired

Preferentially, the resource should have knowledge of industrial bioprocesses

Training and Experience in Project Management required

Exposure to biotech / pharmaceutical industries would be beneficial



3-5 years of experiene

Fast Learner and has strong communication (both written and verbal), organizational, presentation, facilitation and teamwork skills, and attentive to detail.

Developing communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Strong experience in Project Management

Ability to pull together ideas, issues and observations into clear & useful format.

Ability to balance several projects and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Ability to collect, analyze, & integrate information leveraging the appropriate systems and technology, including Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project, Qlik, PowerBI
