We are currently seeking a Project Manager to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Rockville, MD.

TASKS: The contractor shall:

+ Perform day-to-day training management duties including but not limited to maintenance of course rosters and materials, correspondence with program managers and course administration and registrar activities in the Learning Management System (LMS).

+ Execute Learning and Development evaluation plans including but not limited to administration, collection, organization and analysis of various data inputs like programmatic survey data and qualitative interviews.

+ Create processes and spreadsheets to sort, organize and analyze Learning and Development data.

+ Gather and analyze information about processes and programs; prepare reports, letters, and other documents for review and input for programs, policies, and activities.

+ Support data collection for internal and external projects, populate fields in offices portfolio management system (OPIS), analyze data according to identified specifications and prepare reports. Collect and provides feedback on OPIS function and prepare recommendations for system enhancements.

+ Perform marketing duties for Learning and Development activities including drafting of marketing language in coordination with program managers and updating content for web sites and monitor for currency and accuracy of information.

+ Coordinate multiple Learning and Development workgroup logistics including meeting planning, calendar planning, coordination, scheduling, development of agendas, notetaking and meeting materials, and coordinating execution of action items and reporting.

+ Maintain and utilize various administrative databases (such as Learning Management System, electronic survey tools, NIAID Office Portfolio Information System, GovDelivery).

+ Perform help desk functions for the NIAID Learning Management System and NIAID Learning Hub.

+ Update/maintain shared calendars.

+ Assist with response to urgent data calls from the NIH and HHS including but not limited to the collection and analysis of data, develop narrative/storytelling talking points that accompany the data, prepare presentations and reports.

+ Oversee the tracking and organization of Branch records.

+ Complete special projects for the Branch, which may require researching readily available resources for information, analyzing data, or entering information into government databases.

+ Maintain internal spreadsheet/tracking tools.

+ Submit status reports on projects/assignments.

+ Maintain continuity of shared electronic resources databases.

+ Revise and develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

REQUIREMENTS: The contractor must have:

+ Bachelors degree in a related field. Four (4) years of specialized experience plus a High School diploma is equivalent to a BA/BS degree.

+ Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field.

+ Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
