Description **Analyst Launch and Pipeline**

**LOCATION:** Princeton, NJ

**DURATION:** 8-9 months with the _possibility of being extended to 18 months_

**PAY RATE:** Client is open to competitive market rates

The Analyst Launch and Pipeline is responsible for driving the group’s operational efficiency by developing and maintaining launch management tools, systems and repositories. The position also supports forecasting related systems and tools, by supporting and establishing a “single source of truth” for the group’s key deliverables.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ This position works cross-functionally to collect relevant information and data to support and conduct forecasting and launch related analysis.
+ The position supports the continuous project value evaluation process and long term strategy planning.
+ This position supports departmental meetings and helps in preparation of group’s participation in senior leadership meetings.
+ Supports the development, reliability and maintenance of system for forecasting and launch planning and execution.
+ Provides solutions to efficiently source, extract, cleanse and analyze large amounts of data (e.g. from other data sources) with the help of analytical models. Works with the team to maintain the group’s data repositories and improves operational efficiency. Identifies problems in systems/process and supports resolution.
+ Establishes a process to electronically collect reliable cross-functional forecasting and launch assumptions. Works with the cross-functional team to ensure process and data integrity.
+ Supports new product forecasting considering multi market factors.
+ Supports organization and flow of key departmental meetings with the group leadership. Coordinates departmental participation in senior executive meeting through presentation and document preparation.
**REQUIREMENTS** :


+ Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, information technology, operations research, or related fields required
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting launch projects / product commercialization -related positions
+ Relevant experience in user applications (proficiency in excel, power point, share point and MS projects / working knowledge of database management required).
+ Commercial experience desired, experience in pharmaceutical generic forecasting, Marketing and Launch processes preferred.
+ Knowledge of IMS database
+ Working knowledge of project Management tools desired
+ Experience in working with cross-functional / cross-divisional teams.
+ Prior experience in a healthcare company, including but not limited to generics, large or specialty pharmaceutical, drug wholesaler environment is preferred. Alternatively, consulting background with relevant industry focus.
