**CRO Project Manager, Clinical Operations**

**Indianapolis-based preferred, 100% remote**

We are currently seeking an experienced CRO Clinical Project Manager. In this role the candidate will manage multiple research projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on quality, timing, and budget. The position involves overseeing the planning, start-up, execution, data collection and reporting processes. Skills necessary for success include abilities to manage multiple and changing priorities and deadlines with attention-to-detail and client service. Flex schedules are available, and the position is 100% remote with occasional on-site meetings and training. Work-life balance is achieved by monitoring hours and encouraging employees to take vacation hours regularly. Virtual methods are used for meetings and for much of the research; however, some research occurs on-site in our research site. This Organization has a CRO and one local research site but conducts multi-center and large-scale virtual studies using innovative approaches and technology solutions.


+ Serve as the main point of contact to the client and provide superior client service.

+ Direct a team of individuals, assigned to a given project, including other project associates, monitors, and data managers to plan, execute and monitor progress on the study.

+ Create and monitor metrics on a daily basis to ensure study goals are met.

+ Oversee the day-to-day work-flow staff and vendors as needed for a given study.

+ Review research data and work with data management and statistics to assure that data is produced on time and with attention to detail.

+ Model Organizations values and guiding principles.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 1 4 years of prior experience managing/overseeing clinical studies

+ Experience interacting directly with pharmaceutical clients as a central point of contact

+ Experience managing project timelines and deliverables

+ Experience in public speaking, giving presentations and presenting study results

+ Extensive experience with business applications including MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, and collaboration tools (e.g., MS TEAMS).

+ Experienced with electronic clinical trial management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault).

+ Has highly effective communication skills (both written and orally).

+ Skilled client management and teamwork skills in a results-oriented environment.

+ Works successfully independently as well as in a team environment.

+ Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing study needs.

+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and needs and with very quick expectations for turn-around on deliverables.
