Kelly Services is seeking a Project Manager experience with benefit plan implementations and working with multiple external vendors and business partners through multiple phases of implementation for one of our top clients St. Paul, MN.


**Length:** 09/07/2021- 01/31-2022 (Contract W2)


**Type:** Contract W2There is no per diem with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position.


**Pay Rate:** $negotiable/hr. (W2)


**Schedule:** CST

Responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of new projects or programs, expansion or improvement of current programs. Holds primary accountability for leading senior-level projects, coordinating and collaborating with staff within their assigned division and other divisions to meet project objectives. Works closely with leadership to provide these services and will lead cross-functional, cross-divisional teams to achieve desired outcomes within tight deadlines. Participates in the coaching, mentoring, and training of others.


**A Day in the Life:**


+ Develops and manages complex/major cross-functional planning and implements or oversees the implementation of new, expanded, or improved internal and/or external projects ensuring they comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements where appropriate.

+ Projects often involve several partners and may require collaboration with external entities, requiring expertise in developing and maintaining strong business relationships as well as developing and implementing communication plans.

+ Develops and continually updates program or project plans, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating multiple sub-processes to develop, expand or improve programs.

+ Monitors progress and performance against the project plan.

+ Drives to and delivers high quality solutions with aggressive time-frames and high level stakeholder satisfaction.

+ Develops and implements a communication plan in conjunction with leadership and to support the initiative including communicating to key internal stakeholders.

+ Develops appropriate standards such as work methods, data analysis which may include barrier analysis, measurement plan, performance measures, and other resources to support the project.

+ Develop presentations highlighting findings, analysis, recommendations and action plans.

+ Develops and maintains positive relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external entities as needed to collaborate on projects designed to meet goal objectives.

+ Secures resources and contributions for successful completion of projects.

+ Develops and manages vendor contract(s); manages project budget(s).

+ Participate in the coaching, mentoring, and training of others.

+ Perform other accountabilities as assigned.


**Requirements:**


+ Bachelors degree in business and 5 years of related experience, i.e. experience working on or leading projects in a health care setting or in a setting requiring these same skills and ability, or 9 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.

+ Demonstrated track record of achievement with ability to identify and deliver customer expectations.

+ Excellent continuous quality improvement and/or project management skills.

+ Creative problem-solving skills, adapting approach as needed.

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

+ Excellent facilitation and relationship building skills.

+ Proven ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and transform into project-level strategies.

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions as needed.

+ For Health Management: Bachelors degree in business, nursing, public health, health science, health promotion, and 7 years of related experience, i.e. experience working on or leading projects in a health care setting or in a setting requiring these same skills and ability, or 11 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.

+ Ideal candidate would have experience with benefit plan implementations and working with multiple external vendors and business partners through multiple phases of implementation.


**Nice to Have:**


+ Masters degree in business or related field Experience in the Healthcare industry For Health Management: Masters degree in business, nursing, public health, health sciences, health promotion or related field.

+ Experience in process improvement.

+ Content expertise in the reduction of health risk behavior.

+ Ability to combine traditional health education approaches with policy or other advocacy tactics.
