Description Our client, a top 15 Pharmaceutical company in the world, is currently seeking **a Project Manager** (Sales Training/Continuing Education) for a 6 month open ended contract opportunity located in **Deerfield, IL.**

Overview and Responsibilities for the position include;

• Deliver project objectives within time, resource, and budget constraints

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships by understanding business needs and support of priorities

• Provide project management support of training, development, and operational projects (new field sales onboarding, clinical training and updates, leadership development, etc.)

• Lead cross-functional project meetings to establish and influence project outcomes, strategy, tactics, and deliverables

• Create project dashboards, charters, detailed timelines in Microsoft Project, and project plans based on goals, resources, budget, potential risks, and time constraints through use of project management skills, knowledge, tools, and techniques

• Monitor milestones, project budgets and expenses for assigned projects

• Ensure documentation, supporting materials, reports, and project plans are relevant, accurate, updated and readily available, including status updates, work plans, and formal executive summaries

• Conduct best practices/lessons learned sessions to identify process improvement, identify and implement opportunities to optimize project team effectiveness and outcomes, and to suggest way forward

The ideal candidate will hold a BS/BA Degree coupled with 5+ years’ experience in project management, preferably pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. **_Project Management experience in Sales/Marketing/Training & Development specifically sought._** Strong technical skills in MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint. Capable of balancing and managing multiple projects, each with varying priorities, timelines, and resources
