Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required:

Is there flexibility in their daily schedule?

Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role? If remote opportunity exists, what are the options (i.e. 1 day remote, 4 days on-site)? Post COVID: Remote initially. Once return to work is authorized, will be a combination with the majority of time in the office.

SAP Finance | Integration Roles:

Creating a team to help with integration of Allergan to SAP. There are about 200 instances with Allergan to be integrated to AbbVies instance.

Multiple waves of countries that will go live between next year through end of 2022 to early 2023.

Establishing a core team to help with moving company codes into Abbvie.

This team is for the Report to Record pillar of this process.

Start as soon as possible.

First ten is the first part of up to 28 potential individuals needed.

Post COVID highly influential to have this role in the office to work with individuals face to face. True of all other roles as well. Coordinating meetings, hosting events, understand the systems, go back and forth with other team leads, and determine process and procedures of integration.

PMO experience is important, FI/CO experience is good, but PMO experience more important.

PMO Certification: not required, nice to have. Fast paced

Looking for someone who is actually tracking all 200 projects of the R2R projects. Manage complex systems and integration.

Pharma Experience: Not required. All positions are hybrid of a Financial Analyst, good business understanding of business processes and also has SAP experience.

RTR ATR Experience required or nice to have? RTR preferred over OTC or ATR.

PMO will manage the overall Team:

These are seven different roles needed, so individuals selected will be different. Two different skill sets needed for these positions. Want to have a diversified team of Fi/Co and Material positions.

Different skills between them, but also the experience needed.

Of the 200 companies, they will be assigned to individuals. Each responsible to integrate 1 2 company codes from an RTR perspectives. Then will be assigned more. How to set up, train, etc. Responsible for the full gambit of the transition of each company code.

There are three huge manufacturing plants which are very different from the others being integrated. For this, looking for specialists in product costing. It is a whole different world altogether. Fill out metrics, etc.

Pharma experience not required. Between Pharma and between SAP HANA, prefer SAP Hana, both would be preferred, but SAP takes precedence. Especially for the manufacturing specialist. For this role manufacturing experience preferred, but still SAP would be the higher preference.

These are not IT roles are asking for system experience more on the business and process side. Have to understand how this works and the type of data going into the system. It is not a core IT role. Financial Analyst/IT hybrid to weight the two, it would be 65% Finance, the remaining IT. Both understandings and expertise are needed.
