Actively seeking a driven, organized professional to help manage a full range marketing process. You will not supervise the creative or artistic departments, but manage the flow of the process from client submission to follow up.

Marketing/Agency experience or Executive Administrative background is needed

Degree in Business, Marketing, PR or Media is preferred.

This team member will be responsible for driving the ultimate success of each project for our B2C and B2B clients and will be at the center of every aspect of his/her project, including, but not limited to research, planning, placement, task management, and on-time, on-budget delivery. Equally vital is the candidate s ability see beyond the immediate needs of a client and to identify and create innovative new marketing and promotional opportunities, and then strategically implement them. .


+ Keep up to date with popular culture and trends and be a regular consumer of media

+ Offer direct experience with all forms and aspects of media traditional, digital, out-of-house, video, influencers, print, direct mail, and all aspects of social media

+ Utilize knowledge of and expertise in demography to fulfill specific strategic objectives and target goals

+ Research, develop, and complete an efficient and effective media plan, from concept to completion, for a given creative message, service, and/or product

+ Understand the science of crafting a successful market-driven media plan (Rating Points, GRPS, value-added, etc.), as well as incorporating your intuition

+ Direct an integrated, multi-channel media approach, using traditional and digital marketing to achieve the best possible results

+ Maintain strong relationships with all media outlets and vendors

+ Negotiate firmly, but respectfully, with Encores vendors to obtain added-value and increased ROI for clients


+ Research and perform Client Needs Analysis (CNA) to fully understand customers needs, goals, and objectives

+ Identify and perform competitive research to better understand the profile of the marketplace and challenges client may face

+ Analyze and extrapolate results of research and effectively communicate that data to the client


+ Exhibit experience in working with B2C and B2B clients

+ Build long-term, professional relationships with clients

+ Utilize experience to set quality control standards and articulate client objectives

+ Research and gather statistical data, perform analysis, and incorporate results into a strategic planning process

+ Conduct surveys as needed

+ Analyze data from past sales projects and campaign events to forecast future opportunities

+ Develop and complete effective, cost-efficient project budgets based on strategic marketing plans

+ Collaborate with team to write, prepare, and present clear, persuasive client quotes, proposals, and presentations

+ Gather information to make fiscal or policy decisions, measure the effectiveness of those decisions, and improve customer satisfaction, product consumptions, and/or increase overall sales

+ Work with media avails in the placement of flights, revisions to schedules, and ensure make-goods for print, outdoor media, and broadcast and cable advertising

+ Assist in account reconciliation process, and complete monthly billing based on business manager assigned deadlines

+ Meet each morning to set daily goals and early afternoons to monitor progress

+ Correspond internally and externally in a professional business manner

+ Assist in proofreading process to ensure the quality of all assets and client correspondence

+ Exhibit senior-level expertise in Microsoft Office Word, XL, PowerPoint


+ Arrive at employment consistently on time

+ Limit personal activities in the workplace

+ Treat company leadership and co-workers with due respect

+ Work collaboratively to assist other team members in the completion of work

+ Maintain company confidentiality on all subjects, externally and internally
