**Provider Ops Analyst - Medicaid, Remote (will pick up equipment in Mason, 2021 may come back into office)**





Kelly Services is seeking a Provider Ops Analyst responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are established to deliver provider data quality and serving as a key contributor for Medicaid Networks design, build and monitoring. This includes the technical understanding of the provider information flow between enterprise systems and external state applications. The Provider Ops Analyst will be hands on with updating necessary provider information. for one of our top clients.





**Length:** through 12/31/20 (but will have opportunity to be extended into 2021 (Contract W2)



**Pay Rate:** $negotiable/hr. (W2)



**Schedule:** 8-5 pm (Flexible) - Mon-Fri



**Interview process:**





**Responsibilities:**




+ Define standard processes and system enhancements to enable state validation of provider information and ongoing maintenance

+ Oversight of the provider Medicaid data integrity through monitoring data trends and identification of issues. This includes the day to day quality oversight as well as the system and batch processes validations.

+ Defines the resolution to data issues and ensures the provider data team executes as needed to adhere to quality standards and drives solutions to enhance system processes for more accurate flow of Medicaid information.

+ Defines and leads process design sessions with the team to develop efficient enterprise level business process that simplify work processes and deliver enhanced provider data management quality. Produces process design documents to solidify understanding.

+ Identify through self-driven queries/reports operational efficiencies and defines a plan to implement.

+ Serve as a contact for high level provider set up escalations due to Medicaid data discrepancies and claims fallout

+ Navigate large quantities of complicated data to derive root cause and impacts of data/process issues to the organization while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.

+ Ability to distill large data down and turn into meaningful information to drive decisions for leadership.

+ Ability to quantify the impact of the data issue for organizational prioritization using fact driven methodologies.

+ Acts as department subject matter expert for Medicaid related processes/changes

+ Provides analysis and recommendations on process improvements for all provider data processes as well as developing test plans and data to ensure process improvements are achieved as expected.

+ Advocate for change and driving different thought processes related to provider information.

+ Other projects/duties as assigned





**Qualifications:**




+ Bachelor's Degree in a related field

+ Healthcare experience

+ Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

+ Strong problem-solving, analysis and issue resolution skills

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple assignments, establish priorities, and demonstrate excellent time management skills

+ Demonstrate thorough critical thinking skills to solidify understanding of bigger picture

+ Proficient in MS Office Applications and overall knowledge of enterprise systems (AS400, SAP, Facets) with ability to learn new software systems with intermediate to advance excel skills

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Self-driven desire to drive initiatives

+ Proficient in SQL, Business Objects
