An Publishing Specialist (Content Management) job is available with Kelly Engineering Services in the Santa Clara, CA area for a one-year consulting opportunity with a state of the art technology company. Looking for a Publishing Specialist to partner with the Retail Communications team. This person will publish communications to our retail employees worldwide on a regular basis; categorize and report on employee feedback through our proprietary platforms; and partner with business teams on reviewing, reformatting, and migrating content between platforms for Retail Communication. Experience and a deep familiarity with the ecosystem of services and hardware (Consumer Electronic Smart Products and technology for phones, notepads, systems and other communication products) You will determine effective and efficient ways to communicate short yet refined business communications to employees around the world; partner with publication producers to publish content to employees on a regular basis; collaborate with the Communications team to categorize employee feedback and prepare the data for reporting; evaluate content and business partner feedback, conduct audits and gap analysis for content, and provide guidance on content optimization.





**Job Description:**




+ You will determine effective and efficient ways to communicate short yet refined business communications to employees around the world; partner with publication producers to publish content to employees on a regular basis.

+ You will collaborate with the Communications team to categorize employee feedback and prepare the data for reporting; evaluate content and business partner feedback, conduct audits and gap analysis for content, and provide guidance on content optimization.

+ The role will also focus on reformatting, preparing and migrating content into a content management system along with classifying, tagging and testing content once migrated.




+ The work will include developing and proposing solutions to migration challenges as they arise and documenting finalized migration workflow and processes



**Education:**




+ Bachelors Degree in Journalism, English, Communications or similar discipline.

+ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in any combination with content management and storage systems (enterprise, business cloud, corporate social networks, etc.).

+ A deep familiarity with the ecosystem of services and hardware (Consumer Electronic Smart Products and technology for phones, notepads, systems and other communication products)

+ Experience with web-based Content Management Systems Familiarity with bug tracking/ticketing systems

+ Must be resourceful, creative, and results oriented while working within a high-energy environment.

+ Ability to learn and quickly master proprietary applications and platforms for publication and feedback collection.

+ Experience with content management and storage systems (enterprise, business cloud, corporate social networks, etc.)

+ Experience with defining and documenting content migration workflow and processes.

+ Excellent organization and communication skills.

+ Ability to develop solutions in a rapidly changing environment.

+ Ability to provide feedback to product owners on required improvements to a platform in development.

+ Ability to work as a member of a team, with business partners, and thrive under deadline pressure.

+ Experience working with international teams.




+ Comfortable working with/around foreign languages.

+ Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card) to facilitate access to this facility.
