Description Kelly Services has an immediate opening for a PV Administrative Project Coordinator with experience providing supporting to pharmaceutical, healthcare or pharmacovigilance-related areas. This is a special project estimated to wrap up at the end of September. Candidates can work 100% remotely but must be close enough to attend meetings in the Boston, MA office. The project is assisting with converting all SOP’s to Visio and creating job aids. Candidates must be skilled in MS Office applications such as Excel (working with large spreadsheets), scheduling in Outlook, and MS Project. Experience with Visio is highly preferred but customer will provide Visio training if needed. Professional communication skills and excellent writing and proofreading skills are a must.

Overview of job duties include:

Administrative support - actively manages calendars; schedules and coordinates onsite and offsite meetings including, but not limited to, managing invitations and tracking responses; acts as a resource for MS Office applications, Share Point sites and other technology tools used by the department; performs miscellaneous filing, organizing, faxing, mailing, duplicating, etc.

Project management - manages the logistics of multiple projects including scheduling, coordinating necessary supplies or food, TC/Webex information, etc.; reaches out to project team members, both within Global PV and cross-functionally, to identify and address project needs; provides meeting minutes; tracks project timelines and monitors progress; compiles reports and/or prepares dashboards as needed


+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Demonstrated administrative experience supporting one or more individuals with exceptional project management skills in pharmaceutical, pharmacovigilance related or healthcare area.
+ Strong computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Visio, Please Review, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
+ Understanding of medical/scientific terminology
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Ability to problem-solve, negotiate solutions, think strategically, and operate in a fast paced environment
+ Ability to prioritize under pressure while managing multiple tasks of varied complexity and criticality simultaneously
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting clearly to small and large groups
+ Focus on accuracy and attention to detail
+ Flexible mindset
+ Willingness to provide and received constructive feedback
