**Kelly** is currently seeking a driven and energetic **QA Operations Co-Op/Intern** in **Raritan, NJ!** The Co-Op program provides each student with a great support system, as well as the opportunity to meet people from across the BRQC organization. The Quality Assurance group oversees implementation of the global cross-function compliance audit program to ensure that the development programs, Marketing Authorization Holders, functions, processes and systems are in compliance with company standards, Good Practices, and Health Authority guidelines and regulations.


Our Co-Op positions are typically 6 months of full-time work during the academic and summer months.


**Under the direction of the BRQC Quality Assurance sponsor, this position may support various QA activities including ideation, and execution of our technology/data endeavors such as:**


+ Collaborate with QA domains and business partners to initiate, evaluate, prioritize, and transform ideas into solutions that leverage technologies to enable risk-based audits, audit quality enhancements, and deliver increased efficiency

+ Work on various aspects of data science and analytics such as support aggregated analysis, metrics, and dashboards generation, pull reports from various systems, develop automatic analytics tools, build predictive models, and improve data visualization of QA data to derive deeper, more valuable insights from audit activities and processes

+ Assist with the execution of innovation projects by enabling capabilities e.g., machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), and Natural language processing (NLP)) to transform the E2E audit process

+ Support with tools/technologies testing, implementation, post-implementation support, such as collection of user requirements or feedback, troubleshooting, participate in agile development, training, and communications

+ Assisting team with improvements within our data systems/repositories as well as data analysis and visualizations

+ Foster a culture of growth mindset, accountability with curiosity, grit, innovative thinking and agility


**You could expect to be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities:**


+ Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated functional area

+ Work towards goals and objectives assigned by experienced sponsor (manager)

+ Analyze business processes for reengineering opportunities

+ 0Work within a group that supports a functional area of the business


**Qualifications:**


+ Have permanent work authorization in the US.

+ Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.

+ Be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree. Preferred majors/minors are Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering / Development, Data Science or something equivalent.

+ Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) for a 6 month interval from July 01 December 30.

+ A maximum time of one full year of full-time work experience (excluding internships, co-ops, and military).

+ Have a passion for a career in data analytics and/or technology.

+ Students in their Sophomore year and higher are strongly preferred.
