Kelly Services is seeking Human Resources Administrative Support for a large automotive manufacturer located in Huntsville.


**Title:** HR Administrative Support


**Location:** Huntsville


**Hours:** Standard


**Duration:** long term contract


**Description:** Support the Human Resources Development Department with administrative support for functions including, but not limited to onboarding paperwork, internal and external communications supporting HRD initiatives and other administrative duties.


**Job Duties:**


+ Generate and maintain training schedules

+ Compile records and data for submission to state agencies

+ Coordinate events across the manufacturing site to drive department programs

+ Communicate with internal and external contacts/vendors to support department initiatives

+ Communicate with manufacturing leadership to ensure proper planning and follow-up on training programs

+ Provide updates on administrative duties to department leadership

+ Support development and maintenance of departmental records

+ Drive department KPIs by supporting various initiatives

+ (Internally) Individual will interface with managers, group leaders, and team members, cross-functionally as needed, to foster positive and clear channels of communication

+ (Externally) Individual will interface with external vendors to coordinate department programs

+ Individual will be held accountable for achieving defined individual and continuous Improvement objectives

+ To strictly adhere to company Safety and other policies as documented

+ Authority to recommend actions and partner with department leadership to make decisions on assigned tasks

+ All employees have a quality and safety responsibility; therefore, having the authority to stop work processes to correct quality and/or safety problems


**Job Specifications:**


+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Experience in administrative functions such as event planning, vendor communications and document management

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

+ Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

+ Ability to multitask
