**Quality Assurance Analyst (Mid-Level), Los Angeles, CA**


We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst II Receiving and Inspection candidate that would be responsible for executing the inspection, sampling, and disposition of Raw Materials, support the establishment of a centralized Material Disposition Program and support the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This position provides a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact and lay the foundation for processes and procedures in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The successful candidate is proficient in communication (written and verbal), collaborates across multiple functional areas, is timeline focused, and flexible in their work scheduling to meet the demands of a multi-product clinical phase biopharmaceutical company that is transitioning to the commercial phase.


**Responsibilities**


+ Perform inspection, sampling, testing, and disposition of incoming raw materials according to appropriate material specifications and standard operating procedures. Ensuring real-time material/components receiving QA reviews to support manufacturing. Supporting activities include but not limited to:

+ Working with Warehouse Operations for receiving and inspection.

+ A sampling of materials (either whole units or aliquots).

+ Status Labeling

+ Perform ID testing by using the Near-Infrared Spectrophotometry

+ Support activities for the implementation and maintaining of a global Material Disposition Program and ERP. Activities will include but limited to:

+ Drafting and revising SOPs, Work Instructions, and other controlled document types.

+ Performing activities related to change controls affecting the GMP warehouse and supply chain operations

+ Supporting quality systems design, implementation, and maintenance for supply chain and GMP warehouse operations

+ Train other Team Members on the Disposition of Raw Materials and ERP.

+ Perform Product Complaint Investigations to determine root cause and identify/implement related Corrective and Preventative Actions

+ Perform receipt of Product such as (Drug Substance) as per applicable procedures. Support the outbound shipment activities.

+ Perform other quality-related activities as assigned:

+ Deviation Initiation and/or Investigation

+ Change Control Initiation, Ownership, and/or Task Assignments

+ Identify Continuous Improvement Activities and implement changes to enhance the overall Quality Systems, Procedures and Oversight of GMP Operations

+ Support both Internal and External Compliance/Regulatory Audits

+ Maintain compliance with all assigned training requirements


**Qualifications**


+ Bachelors degree in a biological science, chemistry, or related science field

+ Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry (Required)

+ Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control (Preferred)

+ Preferred experience with Dispositioning in an ERP system.

+ EHS - May need to wear a respirator during chemical sampling
