Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Quality Compliance Engineer** for one of our top clients in Somerville, NJ.



Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Compliance Engineer for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Somerville, NJ. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. JOB SUMMARY




+ The position of the Principal Compliance Engineer is also referenced as Principal Source Compliance Engineer as it is responsible for activities executed under the MD Source Compliance Organization including the following;

+ The Principal Compliance Engineer will ensure the execution of compliance activities including the receipt and acceptance of a robust supplier audit response for identified audit observations.

+ They will be responsible for supporting external inspections of External Manufacturers and Supplier.

+ They will also be responsible for supporting internal audits of the MD Source Compliance program.

+ Supports in the management, tracking to closure of External Manufacturers and Suppliers commitments to mitigation of identified risks.

+ Supports in the completion of Follow Up reports related to the tracking and completion of External Manufacturing commitments taken to mitigate identified risks.





RESPONSIBILITIES




+ Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate, procedures and guidelines, this position:

+ Assists in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the MD Source Compliance program.

+ Ensures timely mitigation of risks identified through Supplier Audit Program.

+ Requests and reviews documentation related to Supplier Audit Response for identified audit observations

+ Assures that related MD Source Compliance Quality Records are updated in a timely manner and are compliant with company procedures and policies.

+ Assures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal and Medical Device procedures by supporting Internal and External Audits, audits at External Manufacturer or Supplier facilities and Data Reviews.

+ Ensures and maintains a state of inspection readiness for records within area of responsibility.

+ Ensures timely completion of activities related to training.

+ Proactively engages with external partners to develop a robust supplier corrective action response.

+ Issues Follow Up reports in accordance with procedural requirements.

+ Execute with efficacy and consistency in systems that are used to generate data to evaluate systems and maintain quality and compliance.

+ Identify process improvements related to standard operating procedures and systems to mitigate risk and drive a quality culture.

+ Complies with policies, procedures, training requirements and company and regulatory rules and norms.

+ Performs according to the company s quality policy and corporate rules in all business activities with providers and customers within and outside the company.

+ Escalates abnormalities and business critical information to MD Source Compliance Leadership.

+ Maintains quality records where applicable per the records retention procedures.

+ Collects and organizes data and prepares detailed reports for assigned compliance processes and within the framework of departmental procedures.





**Important information:** This position is recruited by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
