As directed by Regulatory Manager; Responsible for maintenance and updating of company Standard Operating Procedures, as needed, to facilitate company compliance program. Work also includes related SOP Work Instructions, Forms and Documents, Company Signage and Training Plans, as well as their accompanying control logs.

Responsible for review of company Quality Policy, to ensure that work being performed by employees complies to SOP or Work Instructions. This may include internal audits of specific functions or documentation used.

Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. importing/exporting policies and regulations. Ensure strict adherence to U.S. government agency rules and regulations as well as compliance with international industry rules, regulations and standards.

Knowledgeable in the guidelines of Good Distribution Practices, which employees are trained in.

Perform internal audits, both formal and informal to include in-process inspections of product receiving, handling, storage, and packing and documentation used in these functions.

Responsible for monthly quality checks of Warehouse functions to include; facility, equipment, logs and checklists, temperature monitoring, inventory, and any other quality checks as may be required. Documentation is reviewed, signed, and maintained in Regulatory department. Any deviations should be written up and reported to managers so that any issues can be addressed.

Verification of company training and training records in compliance with company SOP and Training Matrix

Maintain documents and records that are required under government regulations and may be used to audit company.

Respond to various requests for documentation from customers, suppliers, or staff, as appropriate

Handle Technical Inquiries, TSE requests, Quality Complaints, Stability Requests and maintain files and logs.

Work with Regulatory Manager to handle Temperature Excursion issues.

Any other duties assigned by your Manager

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

Graduate, High School Diploma or GED. Some college preferred.

Minimum 2 years experience in regulatory, compliance, quality, pharmaceuticals, or some other related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask

Attention to detail; organizational skills

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Adaptability and versatility in a dynamic environment

Ability to effectively work in a team environment while maintaining group morale and mutual respect

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
