Description **Quality Inspector - QA Med Device Product Inspection**

**Location: Wheatridge CO 80033**

**Duration: temp to hire**

**Rate: DOE $25-28/hr.**

This role will require testing and inspecting Biomedical Devices and comprehensive medical device testing services, test equipment, and silicone mock vessels to the medical device community in support of domestic and international regulatory submissions and approvals.

Our primary focus is cardiovascular technologies such as endovascular stents, prosthetic heart valves, and catheters.

Environment is fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and rewarding.

We are seeking an Engineering Technician to participate in all aspects of the medical device testing and experimental product evaluation.

**Description Responsibilities** :

Assist in the development of test protocols and test method validation

Execute testing activities and perform data analysis

Participate in the preparation of final reports

Contribute to development of new business opportunities

Contribute to and support established quality systems

Contribute to design and development of test fixtures and systems Maintain functional operation and calibration of testing equipment systems

**Qualifications**

Minimum of 2+ years mechanical testing or functional diagnosis and repair of medical device technologies, or equivalent Natural aptitude for mechanical technology and desire to work in a hands-on environment

Experience with mechanical measurement testing systems

Experimental testing experience preferred

Analytic and problem solving skills required

Biomedical device experience a plus Technical writing skills preferred Ability to work well in a small team environment

Experience with Microsoft Office products Word Excel

Comfortable with working on multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Familiarity with medical device technology is highly desirable
