Job Description



Responsible for QA Line. Provides overall direction for QA staff on the floor in manufacturing, batch record review, deviation and CAPA approval. Review and approve, supports client and regulatory audits, trains and mentors staff. Identify, prioritize and support change improvement to technology, people and/or processes to assure compliance with regulatory and Company procedures in order to maximize process efficiency and conformance. Provide overall direction develop, train, and coach for QA Line Operations team assuring compliance with current applicable regulations, client agreements, and Company standards and policies. Reviews technical problems and procedures of department and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures. The position interacts directly with clients and provides exemplary service to both internal and external customers by ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance while supporting product lifecycle activities for timely delivery of products to clients for patients. The position reports to the Director of Quality Assurance.




Experience: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline 10 years experience in pharmaceutical, biological, Quality Assurance with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Requires thorough knowledge of GMP guidelines as they relate to all aspects of quality systems and compliance. Also requires a demonstrated track record in the following key areas: Strong orientation for Quality and Customer Service Demonstrated level of respect for individuals High level of integrity and personal responsibility Strong collaboration and team building skills.
