**Duties:** The position will report to the Critical Reagent Inventory Management function, accountable for the management of biological reference standards and critical reagents in compliance with internal procedures and cGMP principles.


+ The primary responsibility of this position is to support process improvement projects, e.g. critical reagent inventory reconciliation and disposal, SAP data migration, and GMP record archival.
+ The candidate is required to handle ultralow freezing critical reagents and perform inventory counts to ensure accuracy of the critical reagent inventory and location.
+ This position will also maintain records of movement and activity of critical reagent inventory, perform inventory record reviews and archival, assist in internal transfer and distribution of critical reagents to customers within the QC network, and other job related duties as assigned.
+ The position will require application of sound GMP principles. The analyst in this position will be expected to execute other GMP maintenance activities such as equipment maintenance and review of temperature monitoring and equipment records as needed.
**Skills:**

Demonstrate initiative, strong attention to detail, with effective verbal and written communication skills for a fast paced, dynamic environment is a must.

Working knowledge with SAP Inventory Management or Warehouse Management is preferred. Accurate record keeping, versatile computer skills, and cGMP knowledge is required.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team of highly motivated and experienced staff.

The candidate must possess good customer relation skills and ability to work with customers from internal departments and external collaborators globally.

Position may involve handling of reagents and other chemical compounds, including but not limited to biologic toxins, microorganisms and potent compounds.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds

**Education:** B.S. or greater in a Biological Science or Supply Chain Management, 2 years of relevant experience
