_Kelly Engineering is currently seeking a_ **_Quality Engineer_** _for a project engagement at one of our Global clients in_ **_Warsaw, IN._** _This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position._

_As a_ **_Quality Engineer_** _placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:_


+ _Provides quality assurance leadership in the management of select contract manufacturing sites engaged in the production of Johnson and Johnson products._

+ _Responsible for technical leadership of establishing quality expectations at supplier, and supplier process changes in partnership with Source Quality and New Product Development (NPD) Teams_

+ _Partner with NPD team to support successful launches at suppliers._

+ _Conduct supplier visits to good manufacturing practices, international organization for standardization and any other applicable standards._

+ _Provide complex product team support for quality system design and audit, compliance assessment, and for support of steady state manufacturing processes._

+ _Utilize multifaceted industry and process excellence standards on an experienced level in daily quality operations, including good manufacturing practices (GMP), equipment engineering system (EES), and international organization for standardization (ISO)._

+ _Address and correct product and process complaints._

+ _Report on contract manufacturer performance metrics and management reviews._

+ _Lead supplier visits of all quality system categories to assess compliance to process excellence standards._

+ _Ensure comprehensive measurement systems to monitor effectiveness of quality and reliability systems to identify, bracket, correct and prevent defects, presenting reports to management._

+ _Evaluating and implementing improved manufacturing engineering performance management and tracking methods, as well as facilitating resolution of complex technical and operational problems._

+ _Provide Engineering/Technical leadership_


+ _A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Engineering, Life Science, or related discipline is preferred._

+ _A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry is required._

+ _Experience in the Medical Device industry is an asset._

+ _Experience in Operations Source Quality is preferred._

+ _FDA and ISO regulations knowledge are required, with FDA CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 knowledge preferred._

+ _Auditing background is an asset._

+ _Strong communication, partnership, and analytical skills._

+ _Strong in root cause analysis skills._

+ _Experience or knowledge with machining manufacturing processes, injection molding and/or electronics manufacturing an asset._

+ _Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ Certification and training an asset._

+ _The ability to work within a cross functional team in meeting business goals and objectives, to make effective oral and written presentations, to prioritize and manage numerous projects consisting of varying degrees of complexity and to analyze complex problems and apply practical solutions will be needed._

+ _This position will require up to 25% travel._
