**Quality Laboratory Associate II** (Raw Materials)



1 year contract





**Responsibilities:**




1. Conduct critical chemical and physical analysis on initial, in process, finish products and stability, and samples collected from water for injection systems in manufacturing facilities, along with customer complaint, foreign vials and return samples. Work under minimum supervision.





2. Use sophisticated laboratory instrumentation HPLC, GC, FTIR, A, UV/VIS, ICP MS, etc. and computer systems collect and record data.





3. Perform advanced assays requiring precision analytical skills and understanding of chemistry principles.





4. Complete all testing, including special product/protocol testing in a timely and appropriate manner. And data into LIMS.





5. Execute validation studies in support of manufacturing process, R&D project including cleaning and process validation and method validation.





6. Perform review of test data, which includes overall documentation practices. Perform release functions in limbs or other computer systems.





7. Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company SOPs and specifications, USP, Ph.EUR, FDA, GLP, GDP, and cGMP regulations





8. Conduct reference standard qualifications. Serve as a mentor of quality lab associate one position. Provide training and work direction for QLA1 positions as required.





9. Investigate deviations and right exception documents.





10. Participate in functions involving teams, which impact production, increase efficiency, solve problems, generate cost savings and improve quality.





11. Perform laboratory audits as required. Audit an update, as required, plant SOPs and job aids.





12. Perform equipment maintenance and calibration is required, troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues and participate in new instrument qualifications.





**Education experience**



Bachelors degree in chemistry, or biological sciences with analytical chemistry or laboratory coursework, with 2 to 5 years of experience or Masters degree in chemistry or biological sciences with 0 to 3 years experience
