Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Quality Lab Associate III** in St. paul, MN to work a contract assignment of 8 months for one of our top clients. **Primary Responsibilities of the Quality Lab Associate III includes:**

Performs the daily quality testing of production processes to ensure products are being produced in accordance to Company methodology, procedures, standards and sequence of operations. Collects in-process and finished products to determine if the production products meet quality specification and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sets up test apparatus and conducts test on production processes and products to ensure methods, procedures, standards and sequence of operations are performed in compliance with all legal, regulatory and other relevant company policies.
• Conduct testing on materials and final products at the manufacturing facilities. Document all testing and maintain complete quality records.
• Adjusts and calibrates production equipment as needed.
• Assists in the assessment and implementation of corrective actions and preventive to solve production quality issues.
• Modifies production equipment by adding, removing or altering components as defined by predetermined specifications.
• Corrects quality issues within the production process by making adjustment or replacing manufacturing equipment parts or components.
• Participate in functions involving teams, which impact production, increase efficiency, solve problems, generate cost savings and improve quality
• Monitors and verifies quality in accordance with statistical processes and other control procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and be able to follow blueprints and schematics to determine the specifications of parts and materials.
• Must be experienced in the use of test equipment, measuring devices and computers
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Team orientation

**Education and Experience Requirement of the Quality Lab Associate III includes** :

Associate’s Degree in related discipline

0-3 years related experience.

**Additional Information:**


+ Contract assignment, duration 8 months.
+ Work schedule: full-time, first shift.
+ Pay Rate: $16-17/hr
