Description **Job Description**

Kelly Services is hiring a Quality Manager! The Quality Manager reviews department and corporate goals with immediate supervisor and subordinates; understands, develops and maintains the QMS to AS9100 standards; communicates with suppliers on quality related issues; performs internal audits; escorts external and customer auditors; works with DCMA personnel for product acceptance; Determines quality standards and specifications; reviews and updates specifications and standards; keeps up-to-date on quality trends and techniques through seminars and self-improvement; reviews technical documentation/drawings/work instructions for errors and quality inspection inclusion; approves purchase orders and assigns quality clauses; reviews contracts and deciphers requirements; control and direct all QA resources; Manage and control all quality control activities in accordance with identified Quality Assurance standards, company procedures, client specifications and contract requirements; other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Must possess A&P license.

**Requirements**

Must be able to provide maximum production with minimal supervision. Must have an aircraft or aerospace electrical or avionics background. Able to multi-task and balance competing priorities.

5+ years' quality management experience, Auditing experience.

Experience in an AS9100 certified environment. A strong understanding of AS9100 requirements. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong knowledge of wire harness and circuit card assembly processes. Proficiency with precision measuring tools. Ability to read and understand multiple customer variations of manufacturing drawings. Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
