Kelly Services is currently looking for a **Quality Technician** **Product Release** for one of our top clients in **Aasco, PR to start on January 2020.** Below description and requirements.



**Job Summary**



Responsible for auditing all batch records for completeness and correctness and filing of records. Maintains lot history records, fills logbook



data, and generates NCRs, certificates, and reports if required. Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.



**Main Responsibilities:**




1. Audits all Batch Records to ensure completeness and correctness including:

2. Reviews for completeness and correctness of Processing, Packaging and Inspections on Batch Records.

3. Assures non-conformance closure and that releases are authorized.4. Ensures any required corrective actions in the batch record are completed and in accordance with pre-established procedures and QSR requirements.

5. Manages (maintains and purges) the Batch Records Retention Process.

6. Uses computer systems for Inventory Transactions.

7. Makes recommendations for the redesign or design of batch records for ease of use.

8. Generates certificates (Quality, Compliance, and Analysis) as applicable.

9. Performs activities related to physical and electronic product release or hold.

10. Identifies and participates in continuous improvement projects and programs to achieve work simplification, cost reduction and to eliminate non-value-added activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

11. Assists in training new personnel on Bath Record auditing process by providing On the Job Training (OJT).

12. Observes all Company Environmental, Safety and Industrial Hygiene policies and regulations.

13. Notifies any violation or deviation to the supervisor and/or Environmental Officer as applicable.

14. Follows all guidelines established in the organization for the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISO 14001 system.

15. Provides support to ISO 14001 Team Member/ Leader of his/her department and to Environmental officer for the implementation, training, deployment and continuous improvement of the organization's ISO 14001 system



**Requirements:**




+ Associate Degree (Science or Business)

+ Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word programs.

+ At least 2 years of experience in a Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals environment, preferably in Quality.

+ Experience in material/product inspection or documentation preferred.

+ Proficient in English language (read, write and speak)

+ Basic math skills and ability to interpret drawings and diagrams.

+ Available 1st and 2nd shift
