Description **Job Description**

Kelly Services is now hiring a Receptionist for a company located in Robinson Township. Details include

* Primary support for Fitness Center. Contact vendors on equipment in need of repair. Log daily use and any issues regarding repair work and status.

* Order and stock coffee supplies for general storage as well as break rooms. Track supplies in spreadsheet.

* Order and stock copy rooms with paper and general office supplies as needed

* Code and process invoices/Purchase orders and Request for Services contracts

* Assist in process and operation of security badge system for new and current employees.

* Support in other areas of General Business Service that may include blood drives, wellness checkups, flu shots and other employee related activities

**Requirements**
