Receptionist - Rockville, MD.

Kelly Services is currently looking for a Receptionist to work on site for a small bank located in Rockville, MD. You will be supporting a team who is hardworking and committed. They are looking for professional who is flexible and ready to work today! This is an opportunity to work with high caliber executives. This role pays $15.00 an hour.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

- Respond to and coordinates all service calls required by the customer

- Operate MS Office and email systems for opening, sending and retrieving files

- Organize and schedule appointments

- Execute meeting room and conference room setups

- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

- Develop and maintain a filing system for management reports an inventories of supplies

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Order office supplies

- Ensure all office machines are functioning properly

- Submit and reconcile expense reports; maintain billing logs

- Provide general support to visitors

- You will act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

- Perform additional duties as needed and or assigned

**Requirements**

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service and hospitality

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed if assistance is needed to set up conference rooms

- High School Diploma or equivalent
