Receptionist/Secretary

Temporary assignment/Immediate Need!

Redding, CT

Pay rate $15.00/hr.

M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm

Job description:

1. Greet, and make welcome, any visitors to the company.

2. Answer all incoming calls; transfer or take a message.

3. Computer input of all correspondence.

4. Setting up new files and computer input of project specifications.

5. Responsible for proper retention of documents on CDs.

6. Filing.

7. Photo documentation.

8. Computer input of all reports.

9. Distribution, by USPS , UPS, or FEDEX, of reports and general correspondence.

10. Responsible for tracking of all evidence.

11. Responsible for scheduling Principal Engineers appointments.

12. Responsible for scheduling technicians- job related appointments.

13. Responsible for scheduling and tracking Principal Engineers ongoing training for licensing.

14. Any other duties that may be necessary for the smooth running of the office.

Computer programs needed:

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Picassa
