Description Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the team responsible for supporting the recruitment process by performing a range of administrative and recruitment activities for professional and university requisitions, to ensure an effective and timely process.

Main requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree required; major in Human Resources or related area is preferred. Previous Coop experience.
+ Basic knowledge and application of EEO laws.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are required.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required.
+ Also required are the following competencies and skills: customer focus, excellent attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills; ability to manage different priorities in an effective way, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment; ability to apply business, policy and procedural knowledge to answer inquiries, anticipate / solve issues and coordinate work with key stakeholders. Experience working with applicant tracking (i.e. Taleo) and expense reporting systems are preferred.
