The Staffing Supervisor is an entry level professional that is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Job Description

Responsible for handling all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for his or her assigned requisitions; and building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Partners, community organizations, and other recruiting sources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas employing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies, and utilizing approved venues to identify and recruit appropriate candidates to fill positions at all levels. We play a critical role in ensuring the Company hires the best possible talent for all positions.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will support our team by:

Working directly with our clients by taking and filling orders, managing the order life cycle, resolving problems, and developing business through customer service calls and proactively marketing candidates.

Pricing business, cold calling clients/candidates and networking within the community.

Carrying out employee-related service including; recruiting, screening, hiring, training, conducting orientations, resolving problems, and managing employee relations issues.

Filing, data entry and various other administrative tasks.

Qualified candidates must have:

Experience working in a fast-paced, metric driven environment

Ability to build relationships, communicates effectively, and accomplishes many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously.

At least one year of experience in staffing or recruiting preferred

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong customer focus, team orientation, and technical proficiency (i.e., computer skills).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with all sourcing tools (Indeed, craiglist, LinkedIn) preferred.

- Substantial experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 corporate environment.

- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

- High energy, passionate individual who loves people and loves recruiting.

- Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team setting/collaborative environment.

- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments and display strong organizational skills.

Principal Responsibilities

- Working with hiring managers, develops and executes recruiting plans for a specific Area(s); conducts regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

- Establishes and continuously develops networks through industry contacts, university relations, association memberships, trade groups, and military affiliations, among other sources, to maximize recruitment resources and opportunities for the Company.

- Using traditional and non-traditional resources, sources and entices a qualified pool of both active and passive candidates by conducting searches through creative sourcing techniques including social media, job posting boards, cold-calling, networking, internet mining, trade journal advertising, professional networking sites, job fairs, campus recruiting, etc.

- Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; implements and manages initiatives to develop pools of qualified candidates for high turnover positions in advance of need.

- Coordinates full cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting managers with the identification of viable candidates, interviewing, and selection.

- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding both the recruiting process and candidate job fit.

- Delivers and negotiates employment offers.

- Maintains tracking system of all requisition and applicant activity.

- May assist other functional Recruiters as needed, such as presenting at local universities, schools, recruitment events and job fairs, as well as community group meetings to increase awareness of the Company and excitement around job opportunities.

- Manages the use of outside recruiters and external search firms/vendors for identified positions with appropriate approval.

- Complies with all Company policies, procedures and guidelines, including those related to sourcing, recruiting and selection.

- Position requires traveling up to 20% of the time.

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
