**Requirements**


1. Must have 1-3 years of experience in commercial, scientific, supply chain, or engineering recruiting.

2. Developing collaborative relationships and partnering with HR and hiring managers to provide staffing expertise, market related intelligence, and counsel on a variety of staffing issues to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.

3. Effectively interpreting and translating business strategy and people requirements into original and compelling career opportunities to attract top talent.

4. Conducting sourcing via multiple channels, e.g. social networking, job postings, industry associations, employee referrals, etc. to ensure a robust candidate pipeline for open positions.

5. Exhibiting creativity, resourcefulness, initiative, and persistence in sourcing for hard to fill or unique positions.

6. Effectively managing a requisition workload and consistently delivering on time to fill and quality of hire metrics.

7. Ensuring a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle process whether or not they are ultimately hired at Kerry.

8. Maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers, ensuring the staffing plans and candidate pipeline align to meet hiring goals. Accurately tracking pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

9. Continuously attracting and networking with top talent and building a central repository of candidate information with an emphasis on feeder pool development to proactively meet future workforce needs and decrease time to fill.

10. Engaging in continual learning and self-development to improve performance and develop functional expertise and effectiveness. Collaborating with colleagues on the talent acquisition team to support continuous process improvement and the sharing of best practices.

11. Being an active ambassador for the organization within and outside of Kerry, fostering a robust recruiting culture and position Kerry as an employer of choice amongst professional communities and passive candidates.

12. Ensuring full compliance with applicable federal and state employment regulations in all aspects of the recruitment life cycle. Optimally use all aspect of ATS system capabilities to capture required data, provide reporting, streamline efforts and ensure efficiency in all processes and procedures

13. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-confident, and successful recruiter with solid functional expertise and creativity around the full life cycle of recruiting. Must be a team player with an energy level and drive that motivates those around her/him to persevere through changing priorities to meet agreed upon service levels. Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast paced team environment with a strong sense of urgency to deliver for the business.
