Our client, a global healthcare company, is currently seeking a Recruiter for a 3 month contract position. The position is onsite in Grand Island, NY.

The hours for this position are as follows:

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay rate is up to $25.00 W2 per hour

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

We are looking for someone that has both Recruiting and HR experience but also is not afraid to do some administrative duties.

Production recruitment (any type of manufacturing recruiting experience).

Assisting with recruiting, will not be full cycle recruiting (Creating requisitions - primarily productions positions but be willing to help out on other skill sets), sorting through resumes and setting up interviews, etc...)

Work as a generalists and do a variety of work. Be comfortable with being a jack of all trades within the HR realm. This is not just going to be recruiting, it could be sitting down with new hires and helping them with their benefits, helping with Workday paperwork

Answering questions when people come into the HR office. Guiding them to the right answer or directing them to someone that could assist. Helping with new hire orientation.

Experience working in an agency used to high turnover and filling a high volume of positions.

Must be comfortable with change.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience of 2-4 years of experience in recruiting preferably in manufacturing or pharma. Workday experience would be a huge plus (any ATS experience will be considered). Must have intermediate level experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (team tracks and updates everything on spreadsheets, Pivot tables and VLOOK up is a plus but not a requirement). Must have good communication and people skills.
