**Whats a typical day as** **a Recruiter?** **Youll be:**


+ Responsible for full life cycle recruiting which involves sourcing, screening, qualifying candidates, managing the interview process, extending offers, and closing the requisition for entry to mid-level professional positions

+ Drive the hiring process in partnership with hiring managers and HRGs through continuous communication, consultation, and influence. Ensures a positive candidate experience while managing the requisition from start to finish

+ Consult with hiring teams which includes initial strategy discussion, updates on candidate activity, sharing relevant talent/employer market data, and competitive intelligence

+ Develop position-specific sourcing strategies and action plans

+ Pre-qualify candidates through resume review and phone screens. Assess and select candidates to move forward based upon education, prior work experience, skills, and organizational needs

+ Negotiate and extend offers. Manage candidate experience from start to finish

+ Build a network and pipeline of talent. Ensure actions to source, attract, and recruit diverse talent are consistently embedded in sourcing strategies

+ Utilize sourcing tools and techniques such as job boards, open houses, and Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

+ Consult with the business to educate/train on best practices on networking and sharing of career opportunities

+ May participate with TA focused projects

+ Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and practices


**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**


+ High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred

+ Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a recruiting role or other related human resources role. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition

+ Workday experience is a plus

+ Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment with ambiguity and change

+ Proven communication skills
