Our client, a financial services holding company, is currently seeking a **Recruiter** for a 3 month temporary position with the opportunity to be extended or go perm. The position is located in Portland, OR.

Pay Rate: $30.00/Hour - $35.00/Hour



U.S. Bank is seeking a Recruiter to support branch banking/universal banking by proactively managing the candidate experience and assessing top talent for U.S. Bancorp.





Summary:



In this role you will demonstrate a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool a positive experience and display behaviors and attitudes consistent with U.S. Bank Purpose and Core Values.





Accountabilities:




+ Driving the recruiting process by assessing and recommending candidates for high volume branch banking roles

+ Managing candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner

+ Successfully assessing and conducting phone screens for internal and external applicants, ensuring each candidate meets the necessary requirements and skill set

+ Time management

+ Ability to multi-task

+ Microsoft Office and Outlook experience

+ Effectively navigate applicant tracking system Taleo

+ Effectively reaching market specific service level agreement in candidate submissions per requisition

+ Efficiently move candidates through candidate application process

+ Selecting and contracting best candidates qualified to meet established company standards.

+ Consistent representation of company talent brand as highly engaged, knowledgeable and personable

+ Updating steps and status of applicants in timely manner within applicant tracking system

+ Documenting appropriate candidate specific notes within applicant tracking system





Job Qualifications: Education, Training and Experience:




+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 2 years general recruiting experience

+ Experience working with an ATS

+ Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

+ Ability to effectively obtain information through interviewing

+ Highly responsive and pro-active

+ Ability to publicly represent company in professional manner in person and in writing

+ Proven customer service skills

+ Strong collaboration skills

+ Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics

+ Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

+ Effective time-management abilities
