SRG Woolf Group is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our Staffing and Recruiting Organization supporting our clients within the life sciences industry. This is a full time, permanent position.  This Recruiter will be required to work out of our Woburn, MA location.  This is a fast paced and rewarding team environment offering a competitive benefits package and unmatchable commission potential. 

 

PURPOSE OF POSITION:  To recruit qualified candidates for our clients in the clinical research industry.  The role of the Recruiter is to understand client requisitions so that candidates can be sourced, screened, and submitted resulting in the fulfillment of our client’s requisitions. The Recruiter will be required to source passive and active candidates through various means including: networking sites and groups, job boards, databases, and referrals.  The Recruiter will qualify and/or disqualify candidates in order to present the best resources to our clients. The Recruiter will work in tandem with our Client Solutions Managers to present candidates, schedule interviews, and place candidates on assignment.  The Recruiter will also be responsible for the candidate/contractor on-boarding process (reference checks, on-boarding documentation, etc.) and will maintain contact with contractors throughout the duration of their assignment.


EDUCATION/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:  A Bachelor’s Degree preferred along with a minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience, clinical research or scientific staffing experience preferred.  Prior experience using an applicant tracking system and job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) along with experience using Microsoft Office programs is required.  Must also possess effective oral and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and have the ability to network and build strong relationships.  Must also be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and be able to multi-task in a fast paced ever changing environment.  Above all must be a self motivated individual.
