As the Recruiting Coordinator, you are the key element that connects job-seekers with companies looking to hire the right talent. You are a specialist helping to build lasting relationships and driving candidate engagement throughout the entire placement process.

**Location:** Edina, MN

**Hours:** Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:00 (must be available for OT during events)

**Length of Assignment:** 6 months or longer

**Job Duties:**

+ Help Track and Meet Monthly recruiting metrics

+ Drive recruiting efforts for the Full-time Tech/Tech (and other) population(s) at the Edina Water Business Site.

+ Assist with the development of creative, engaging recruitment campaigns to be linked with exiting application tools

+ Help coordinate on-boarding activities for qualified candidates within the plants.

+ Proactively communicating with both internal and external customers on daily basis

+ Create and manage candidate pipelines in conjunction with internal tools and assigned recruiters

+ Review and prioritize recruiting activity including on and off site events

+ May attend off site job fair within twins cities area

+ Coordinate interviews with internal and external candidates, be familiar with appropriate interviewing expectations

+ May develop training materials

+ Prepare reports and keep hiring manger informed on job requisitions status

+ Proactively network within the local community

+ Play a valuable role in growing revenue and profitability for the Water business

+ Coordinate New Hire orientations

+ All Day 1 preparations for Full-time hires

+ Order office equipment

+ New hire workstation access, etc.

+ Complete I-9 authorizations according to guideline


+ 2 or 4 year degree in Business, HR, Marketing, with 2-3 years equivalent relevant experience or 6+ years equivalent relevant experience.

+ Requires up to 2-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience. If you have worked with manufacturing or recruiting for production roles, that would be a plus.

+ Experience in recruiting processes (can show proven success with regard to the recruiting process: sourcing, qualification, placement process, and temporary employee management).

+ Driven to succeed solutions oriented

+ Team player, values collaboration and inclusion

+ Treats confidential information with the utmost care

+ Proficient with Microsoft suite

+ Knowledge of other Software like, SAP Success Factors, Teleo, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.

+ Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills

+ Highly networked and a connector of the best opportunities to the best talent

+ Defined experience deploying a social media strategy in your recruiting: Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterest, Blogging.
