We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our client-s headquarters in Valhalla, NY.

This is a very hand on position. The right candidate will be someone who can roll up their sleeves, dive in, and get the job done. The ideal person has experience with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and maintain candidate-s data base and related documentation. They also will have a 'can do' attitude and have a good customer service mentality.

Required Skills/Experience

- Bachelor-s degree

- 1-2 years- experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or HR admin capacity

- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS) is plus

- Experience with Gmail and Google calendar

- Experience handling highly confidential information is a must.

- Must have the ability to effectively & professionally communicate with potential employees, managers, and the internal team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented, dynamic environment

- Strong calendar management experience

- Proficient with MS Office products

- Able to work a 10 am to 6 pm shift


- Acting as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring all candidates have a positive experience.

- Scheduling candidates at all stages of the recruitment process, including but not limited to phone interviews, in-person interviews and group interviews.

- Posting/editing jobs via iCIMS (ATS)

- Place ads internally and externally on job boards.

- Scheduling travel arrangements for candidates and processing candidate travel reimbursement.

- Own the administrative aspects of the internal applicant tracking system, such as running reports and maintaining the administrative functions in the ATS.

- Maintain Talent Acquisition shared google doc.

- Coordinate the Company-s Employee Referral Program.

- Conduct background checks on all new hires and assist with other aspects of on-boarding.

- Build relationships with prospective candidates and sources for current and future opportunities.

- Ad Hoc projects as necessary
