Job searching is a lot better with someone in your corner. Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking a Remote Regional Business Coordinator to work at a premiere pharmaceutical company, Johnson & Johnson. (This position requires applicants to reside near Troy, Michigan )

What's a typical day as a Regional Business Coordinator? Youll be:

+ Responsible for performing diversified clerical and administrative duties and responsibilities in support of the Region Business Directors (RBD) and the field sales organization.

+ Perform general administrative tasks

+ Scheduling interviews

+ Planning/Coordinating Small & Large Meetings

+ Travel Coordination

+ Records retention

+ Word processing

+ Data Entry

+ Phone support

+ Updating rosters

+ To provide support for Impacts facilitation and business development activities

+ To provide outstanding levels of customer service to both internal and external clients

+ Clerical and administrative duties and responsibilities in support of four Region Business Directors (RBD) and their field sales organization.

+ Interact with various levels of management on a day-to-day basis, handling very confidential documents and materials.

+ Balance the necessity of managing the calendar tightly while establishing a friendly, accessible atmosphere with peers, within the organization, and outside of it as well.

+ Will require the individual to take initiative, use discretion and judgment as related to confidential matters and problems regarding project, department, or division-related work, and update the manager on status.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

+ Relevant Bachelors degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 2-3 years related experience in Office Administration

+ 1-3 years related experience in Customer Service

+ High level experience with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word

+ High level sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism

+ Demonstrated proficiency with productivity tools and portal technologies (i.e. OurSource, LiveMeeting, Global Connect, SharePoint sites) is required.

+ Experience working with Ariba (or a related account payable system), Aravo & Totality is preferred
