**Job Description**

Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: NY/NJ/PA

Territory: Focus will be on the Northeast (eventually the east coast)

Salary: Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission

Our client who is a global leader in providing cloud-based products, technology and insurance services for automotive dealers, rental car companies, and fleet customers is looking Regional Sales Managers for the east coast. These will be remote positions with the need to go into their Brooklyn office periodically or every once in a while. We are ideally looking for individuals with experience in connected car or tech solutions for car dealers.

The Regional Sales Manager will expand the customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts. To be successful in this role, the Regional Sales Manager should have previous experience managing B2B sale and possess excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.


Achieve growth and hit sales targets

Must travel 80% travel whenever needed.

Negotiate and close agreements with customers

Proactively prospecting, qualifying and closing new customers

Developing and maintaining business relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account, including C-level decision-makers and influencers

Arranging and conducting onsite demos, proof of concepts and presenting to senior stakeholders

Ensure your pipeline is robust at all times to meet/exceed quarterly and annual targets

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team


5+ years of proven work experience as a B2B Regional/National sales manager

BS degree in sales, business administration, tech or relevant field

Strong oral communication skill

Relevant experience in software/technology or F&N for car dealers; connections with the car dealership industry would be a benefit

Passionate, strong sense of teamwork, good at cooperating with people

Open to extensive travel
