**Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm**

This position supports regulatory operations that are integral to the conduct of clinical research.

**Key responsibilities of the role include:**

Organize the regulatory binders ensuring they are within compliance

Convert all paper research study documents to electronic IRB storage system.

Assist the regulatory specialist II with the preparation/collection/ of study related research required

regulatory documents, including but not limited: Curriculum Vitaes, Medical Licenses, Financial Disclosure,

Conflict of Interest Forms.

Correspond with the investigators, and sponsors throughout the clinical trial process as directed.

Assist with the administrative preparation and set-up of sponsor visits, such as Monitoring Visits, Site

Initiation Visits and Close-Out Visits.

May assist with monitoring and tracking the status of pending protocols for IRB review and approval.

**Job Qualifications:**

**Required Minimum Experience:** Associates Degree, requires 1 year relevant experience

**Preferred Experience:** Bachelors Degree, 2 years relevant experience. Related coursework and internships acceptable for experience.

**Required Minimum Skills:** Possesses a general knowledge healthcare. Ability to self-direct, exercise appropriate judgment, problem solve and make decisions consistent with WellStar philosophy, goals, and objectives. Ability to build credible relationships internally and externally. Possesses ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, clearly and concisely. Uses effective presentation and meeting techniques (agendas, time management, etc.). Strong computers experience necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, good oral, and written communication skills.
