Our client is seeking a Full time Regulatory Affairs Specialist for a special project. This person will take over RA functions related to sustaining the current business as it relates to CAN, EU and AU. He or she will also be responsible for MDR preparation.as well as demonstrate expertise and guidance to project teams in interpreting US and foreign governmental regulations to ensure compliance is maintained. Other duties such as preparing and maintain technical documentation for use in regulatory registrations and submissions worldwide.




+ Determine submission and approval requirements

+ Ability to manage the project and work with engieners and other Regulatory co-workers, Quality, and the Director

+ Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards

+ Identify emerging issues

+ Anticipate regulatory obstacles and issues throughout the product lifecycle

+ Idnetify and mitigate Risk

+ Manage and maintain regulatory databases
