Temp to Hire - Initial 4 month contract (8/2020 - 12/2020)

**Overview** :



The Process Excellence Centre of Excellence (COE) serves as the foundational layer from which our client drives operational efficiencies and digitation transformation for the enterprise. With a keen focus on process-led business transformation, this unit is uniquely positioned to drive end-to-end process transformation and innovation through its (1) process modelling and reengineering, (2) automation, (2) integrated knowledge management, and (3) performance management core practice areas. The Business Process Analyst II role will support all phases of process transformation initiatives, working with process owners and subject matter experts to analyse, model, redesign and ultimately digitize business processes. His or her primary responsibility will be performing end-to-end process analysis and mapping exercises across a wide range of business processes, recommending process improvements utilizing leveraging new or existing shared services and automation capabilities, and supporting related cross-functional project initiation and planning activities.



**What this job involves:**



This role involves leading project-level activities and producing deliverables across all of the following areas:




+ Process Discovery and Process Mining

+ Process Mapping and Analysis

+ Process Diagnostics and Root Cause Analysis

+ Performance Modelling and Analysis

+ Value Stream Mapping and Analysis

+ Customer Journey Mapping

+ Process Capability/ Maturity Assessments

+ Information Mapping and Technology Rationalization

+ Future State Process Design

+ Other required tasks may include:

+ Helping to define automation/ digital adoption use cases

+ Leading process maturity improvement projects and activities

+ Planning and initiating continuous process improvement projects

+ Helping to define, implement, and refine process excellence methods, tools and techniques



**Performance objectives :**




+ Ensure that the functional areas RTR processes are completed as per defined operating level agreements.

+ Guide the development of best practices, training materials, operations manual chapters, standardized tools.

+ Act as a mentor and providing supervision and guidance to team members



**Minimal Requirements**




+ 5+ years of demonstrated business process management, process automation planning and/or process improvement consulting experience

+ 3+ years of demonstrated experience analysing business processes and delivering process improvements resulting in material ROI

+ Demonstrated experience utilizing robotic process automation and other adaptive technologies to deliver material process improvements

+ Demonstrated experience leading and/or supporting process improvement initiatives involving major enterprise platforms (PeopleSoft, SAP, Salesforce)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint and Excel



**Preferred Skills:**




+ Understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) and experience working in a collaborative process modelling and analysis tool (IBM Blueworks, Signaivio, Adonis, ARIS, YAWL)

+ Lean Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt)

+ Design Thinking Training





**Employee specification:**




+ Minimum Bachelors Degree from and accredited university

+ A minimum of 5 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant;
